It was such a pleasure to get to spend time with this lovely Lady before Kylee's wedding. She was such a spunky and lively lady and always added to the conversations. She brought a wonderful balance and the best out of her grandchildren, who truly doted on her. Her gifts of love, knowledge and humor will always be remembered.

My sweet Aunt Helen I miss u so much. As a child I went to Tennessee every summer to stay at least 2 weeks at a time. Couldn't hardly wait to get to the house. I love being there Aunt Helen could not do enough for whoever came to her house even if it was 3 in the morning. She always had food out ready to feed us and beds were ready to sleep in. I was so excited to see my Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Aunt Helen was always ready with her purse on her arm and off to the smoky mountains we would go for the day. She was the best tour guide ever. Always felt welcome. These r just a few of my wonderful memories as a child, and she was a big part of them. I couldn't have had a better family. For my cousins I know this is a hard time, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I love you all.

I remember meeting Mrs. Roach in Lexington about 30 years ago when she was visiting Susan and JD, and thinking that Susan got her beautiful brown eyes from her. I know you all will miss her terribly. Keeping all of you in our prayers. Susan

I will never forget my Aunt Helen. As a child, I loved going to their house and playing with my cousins. They had the BEST toys!!
Aunt Helen was always kind and funny. I have not seen her in many years, but I know her entire family will miss her. Rest in peace Aunt Helen.
