

Preceded in death by Parents Marshall & Anna Troutman, Brothers Leon & Russell Troutman, In-Laws Claude & Mabel Burnette, Gene Burnette, and Kathy Rogers.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty Troutman; his son and Daughter-in-law Scotty & Angie Troutman; Two Daughters and Sons-in-Law, Cindy & Tim Rauhuff, and Tonya & David Dent; grandchildren, Lori & James Burke, Lydia & John Humphrey, Sara & Josh O’Connor, Leah Rauhuff, Abby & Alli Dent; Great Grandchildren, Ashlyn & Braelyn Burke; Siblings, Jack & Marsha Troutman, Charles & Carolyn Troutman, Paul & Marianne Troutman, Wilma (Willie) Haring, Billie Best, Louise & Russell Sharp, Carolyn Smith, & Linda Tyler; In-Laws, Wes Burnette, Wayne Sampson, Phil & Brenda Burnette, David & JoAnne Burnette, Larry Burnette, Linda Grimes, and Becky Sellers; many nieces & nephews, and many close friends.
He was the Pastor of Bays Mountain Baptist Church where he ministered with his wife for 38 years. He also served in the United States Air National Guard from 1958-1962.
Hubert’s passions were caring for his Bride, his family, golf, trading and restoring Old cars and trucks, and preaching the Gospel.
Receiving friends and Family from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Berry Highland South Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at Bays Mountain Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday November 15, 2015 Internment to follow at Berry Highland South Funeral Home 2:00 p.m.
Pastors Tom Severt, James Langston, John Dent, Garry Weaver, and Tim Rauhuff will be officiating.
Pallbearers will be Son-In-Law, Grandsons, and Special Friends Tim Strickland & Ralph Burke.
