A devoted member of Saint Paul United Methodist Church in Fountain City, Ed was a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he earned his engineering degree. His quiet strength, sharp mind, and warm presence will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty Bingham; his parents, Abraham and Alta Bingham; and his brother, Ronnie Bingham.
Ed is survived by his son, James Bingham (Tina); his daughter, Betty Katherine Lindley ( Robert); his cherished grandchildren: Kevin Lindley, Elizabeth Gamble ( Eric), Marcus Bingham ( Ashley), Megan Florence ( Rob); great grandchildren, Brodric, Brogan and Brock Gamble, Charlotte and Abigail Bingham, and Brynley Lewis. He is also survived by his brother, Terry Bingham.
A private graveside service will be held at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.
