BROWN, JAMES A. "JIM" - age 50 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center. He was a member of Riverview Baptist Church. He was a salesman for State Beauty Supply. Preceded in death by mother, Grace Brown; grandparents, James and Maude Brown and Orbin and Stella Robinette; nephew, Donald Lee Ramsey. Survived by father, James Roger Brown; sisters, Teresa Hitchcock, Kay Ramsey (Mike Hill) and Faye Sims; nephews, Casey Lee (Karen) and Justin Sims (Katie); nieces, Sarah Ramsey and Lori Beth Gillenwaters; great nieces, Hannah, Faith and Kaylee Grace; uncles, aunts and a host of cousins and friends. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Wednesday, at Weaver's Chapel with the service to follow at 8 pm. Rev. Bill Daniel officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Thursday, at Solway Church of God Cemetery for an 11 am graveside service.
