James McEverette Carroll, Jr. passed away June 18, 2016 in Loudon County, TN. Born March 2, 1956. Preceded in death by his mother, Harriet Nellie Banks Carroll.Survived by his wife, Mary Helen Brown Carroll; son, James M. Carroll, III; father, James M. Carroll, Sr.; brother, Timothy C. Carroll; nieces, Samantha E. Carroll, Kristina M. Carroll; three great-nephews; two great-nieces. Family will receive friends at Weaver Funeral Home, Saturday from 5 until 7 p.m.
