James Taylor (Jay) Huskey

HUSKEY, JAMES TAYLOR (JAY) – age 78 of Powell passed away August 5, 2012 at his home. Preceded in death by parents, Alvin and Lena Walker Huskey, brothers; Raymond, Charles, Jesse, Bill and Roger Huskey. Survived by wife Linda Huskey, children; Terry and wife Janis, Jada Huskey, Juda Huskey, Tammy Huskey Torbett and husband John, step sons; Larry Johnson and Travis Johnson, grandchildren; Erica, Scott, Colby, Chris, Kelionna , Rebecca Huskey and Issac Johnson, brothers; Cecil and wife Barbara of Oklahoma, John of Maryville and Jerry of Lenoir City, sisters; Mildred Collins of Farragut, Mary Grubbs and husband Clarence of Ft. Myers, FL and Lois Letterman of Lenoir City and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm with chapel service to follow at 8:00 pm. Family and friends will meet Wednesday 12:45 pm at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a 1:00 pm interment. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
