Jeff was like an Uncle to me. He was my Father, Judd Newman’s close friend. We will miss his welcome smile, his humor, wit, candor and good natured genuine care and concern he had for all. We are keeping Cathy and Jackie in prayer. We will miss you Jeff!

Becky and Terry grew up with Jeff and his brother and sister. Went to school together. Later we bought cars from Jeff and always when making payments Jeff would be in his orange and we'd talk football. We also went to church together. Jeff loved the Lord, his family and the Vols. Always would stop and talk a few. He was a blessing to know! We will be praying for the family.
