James Lester Underwood Jr., age 73, of Powell, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022. Jim loved hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. He was preceded in death by wife, Sherry Lynn Underwood; father, James Lester Underwood Sr.; mother, Geneva Viola Vaulton and brother, Harold Wayne Ferguson.
Jim is survived by brother, Danny Ray Underwood; sisters, Donna Fay Phillips, Evelyn Denise Damewood, Geneva Viola Balz, and Glenda Gail Vaulton; granddaughters, Brooke Hampsey and Hope Thomason as well as a host of nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all. Jim's wishes were to have a private family service.
