Janet Loraine Murphy

Janet lived a life centered around family, love, and adventure. Alongside her beloved husband, Robert, she spent many years traveling the country and creating cherished memories together. They visited 49 states and explored countless national parks, embracing the joy and beauty of life on the open road.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Murphy, and her parents, Carmen and Maurice Snay.

Janet is lovingly survived by her children: Bobby (Mary) Murphy, Michael (Marli) Murphy, and Renee (Wayne) Johnson. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren, all of whom brought tremendous joy to her life.

She is also survived by her brothers, Maurice Snay and William Snay, and her sister, Diane Lambert.

In accordance with Janet’s wishes, there will be no formal interment. Her ashes will be spread at a time and place to be determined by the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a cancer research organization of your choice in Janet’s memory.
