Jerry Allen Carpenter

Jerry Allen Carpenter, age 68, of Knoxville, TN passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at NHC, Knoxville. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Seymour. He worked in the trucking industry for many years. He retired from UPS.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Margaret Carpenter; grandparents, Lon and Bertha Carpenter; and brother, Terry Carpenter.

He is survived by his son, Mitchell Ryan Carpenter (Joy); sisters, Linda Bolin (Ken), Brenda McCutcheon (Craig); grandchildren; Addyson and Blakely Carpenter; nephew, Derick Bolin (Jennifer); great nephew, Devin Bolin and great niece, Emma Bolin; sister-in-law, Brenda Carpenter; and other extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Berry Highland South Funeral Home, 9010 E. Simpson Road, Knoxville, TN 37920. Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. with Rev.
