MORTON, JERRY H. - age 63 of Knoxville, passed away August 30, 2010 at his home. He was of the Baptist Faith. Preceded in death by parents, Troy and Lela Morton. Survived by wife, Shirley Morton; sons and daughters-in-law, Wes and Lydia Morton and Chris and Kam Morton; grandchildren, Emma and Sara Morton and Sawyer, Denver and Wyatt Morton; several aunts and cousins. Jerry and Shirley had been active for many years in antiques and collectibles. Jerry was Vice President of J & S Morton Furniture Sales and Rainbow Rentals. The family will receive friends 6 - 8 pm Thursday at Weaver's Chapel with the service to follow at 8 pm. Rev. Jimmy Duncan officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 am Friday at Weaver's to proceed to Greenwood Cemetery for an 11 am interment.
