She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Parlin Honeycutt, and her cherished daughters, Deborah Honeycutt and Sherry Petree.
Jessie is survived by her daughter, Karen Voekel; her son, Douglas (Mary) Honeycutt; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Petree, Lisa (PJ) Turner, Laura Voekel, and Alexander Voekel. She is also lovingly remembered by her numerous great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for Jessie will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 1:00pm at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.
