Jimmie David Hill

Jimmie David Hill age 78 of Maryville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at his home. He was a long time member of Sand Branch United Methodist Church. He was the owner of Jim Hill Insurance in Knoxville. Jim was an avid golfer and reader, but most of all loved spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his loving wife Celia Weaver Hill, parents Lynn and Irene Hill, brothers Roy and Larry Hill, father and mother-in-law Earl and Bonnie Weaver, brother-in-law Russell Dunn, sister-in-law Terri Weaver. Survivors include his four sons Kevin and wife Barbara, Erick and wife Julie, Brett and Grant Hill, sister Ann and husband Wayne Mowery, grandchildren Klarissa, Callie, Slater, Alexis, Jeremiah and Isaiah and great grandson Emmett, sisters-in-law Judy Dunn, Doris Richardson and Karen Hill and a host of cousins nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.Cancer.org Family and friends will meet at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN, 37919 Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 2:45pm for a 3:00pm graveside service.
