He is survived by loving wife of 62 years Jeanette Burkhart; children James (Rose) Burkhart; grandson James Lewis (Jessica) Burkhart.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the charity of donor's choice.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at Meridian Baptist Church from 1pm-2pm with a Memorial Service starting at 2pm.
