JOHN ASHLEY ISRAEL age 34 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014 at his home. He attended Faith Promise Church. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved cars and golf. He painted cars for Maaco. Preceded in death by his grandmother, Dorothy Palmer Israel. Survived by his parents, John T. and Carol Israel; brother, Joseph Israel; niece, Kylah Israel; many other extended family members. The family will receive friends 5-8 pm Wednesday at Weaver’s Chapel with the service to follow at 8 pm. Rev. Mike Baker officiating.
