Johnnie Alice Simpson

Johnnie Alice Hodges Simpson, age 70, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2018. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Leviticus Hodges; son John Louis "Buster" Hodges; brothers Homer Valentine and Prentice Hodges; sisters Vada McClure, Jessie Caughorn, and Alice Nichols. Johnnie is survived by her brother Mike and wife Pam Hodges; sister-in-law Linda Hodges; several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to her caregiver Judy McCarter and Amanda with Covenant Hospice. Family will receive friends Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway.
