Joyce Louise Bowling

Joyce Louise Bowling, born on September 14, 1935, went to her forever home on December 1, 2025, at the age of 90. She was a caring wife, mother and sister. Joyce enjoyed traveling and being with her children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Mike and her husband, Cecil. She is survived by her daughters, Becky Flannery and Angela Phillips; daughter-in-law, Bobbi Bowling; sister, Pat Burleson; sister-in-law, Robbie (Larry) Griffey; grandchildren: Ian (Alley) Bowling, Alicia Bowling, Jason (Stephanie) Flannery, Melissa Flannery, Josh (Wendy) Phillips, Kelsey (Bob) McGill, Garret (Emily) Gay; as well as several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 12:00 - 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, with funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM. Family and friends will proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for interment following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Ian Bowling, Josh Phillips, Jason Flannery, Garret Gay, Bob McGill, Mike Fabry. Honorary pallbearers: Randy Burleson and Andy Burleson.

The family would like to extend a very special thank you to UT Hospice for taking great care of our mother. We would also like to extend a very special thank you to her sister, Pat, for taking care of her until the very end.
