I will never forget all of our memories with Joyce, especially sharing our stories at the end of the day in the kitchen while she was grading papers!  She always wanted to hear what was going on with us. She was a true mom that was open minded and truly cared about not only her children but her children's friends. I taught with Joyce for 9 years at West Haven.  She made coming to work so enjoyable.  Her love for children permeated the building and our lives.  She helped me tremendously during the beginning of my teaching career.  For that, I am grateful.  My love and sympathy go out to the entire family.  You are in my prayers.

I taught with Joyce at West Haven Elementary School and found her to be a dedicated teacher. She enjoyed working with the children and seeing them become successful.

Suzanne - I am very fortunate to have been a part of your Mom's life.  She was a dear lady to me and we had lots of laughs and giggles along the way.
