Judy "Granny" Ann Harvey

Born on June 22, 1942, Judy lived a life rooted in love, faith, and devotion to her family. A woman of Christian faith, she found strength and comfort in her relationship with God and was a source of kindness, encouragement, and unwavering love to those around her.

Judy, lovingly known to many as Granny, was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Vera McConkey; brother, Paul McConkey; beloved son, Randy Johnson; husband, Robert Harvey; and granddaughter, Jessica Patty.

She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory forever: daughter, Teresa Pellom; grandchildren, Michael (Ashley) Patty, Shana (Brandon) Kittrell, and Beth Patty; great-grandchildren, Cadence, Adam, Alden, Mason, Britton, Easton, Maverick, Maxx, Brantley, Braxton, Caden, Kora, and Brooke; her great-great-grandchild, Hunter. She also leaves behind her cousin, Susan Presley, Steven Russell and best friends, Sharon Gillespie and Sandra Gallop, whose friendships meant so much to her.

Judy dedicated many years of her life as a beautician, a profession she truly enjoyed because it allowed her to care for others, brighten their days, and build lasting friendships with her clients. Judy was also a talented gospel singer where she spent many of Sundays broadcasting the Gospel and sharing the love of Jesus.

Judy will be remembered for her loving heart, gentle spirit, strong faith, and the joy she found in spending time with her family. She dedicated her life to being a mother and Granny. Her legacy of love, compassion, and resilience will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds peace in knowing she is reunited with those who have gone before her and is resting in the arms of Jesus.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered prayers, love, and support during this difficult time. Judy’s memory will forever be treasured by all whose lives she touched and loved.

Receiving of family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 12 noon at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home with a service to follow at 2pm. Graveside services will be held at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery at 3pm.
