Julia’s life was defined by strength, devotion, and the deep love she had for her family. Under difficult circumstances, she raised her four daughters with determination and care, creating a foundation of resilience that continued through the generations that followed. One of her greatest blessings was being able to watch her grandchildren grow up and to share in the lives of her seven great-grandchildren.
Julia had a special love for farm animals and enjoyed the excitement of trips to Las Vegas. She lived with a spirit that was both steady and full of character, and those who knew her will remember her for the love she gave, the family she built, and the memories she leaves behind.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Loni Emmert; her parents, Vincent and Martha Sudeta; four brothers; and two sisters.
Julia is survived by her daughters, Patricia Emmert, Mary (Ron) Price, and Johanna (Derek) Pacifico; her brother, Vince (Lauren) Sudeta; son-in-law, Peter A. Duncan; grandchildren, Elliott (Samantha) Duncan, Adam (Kendra) Duncan, Hannan (Jarred) Ayers, Goldie (Keith) Woodard, Deanna (Gene) Patterson, and Dylan (Jade) Pacifico; great-grandchildren, Ellie Duncan, Charlotte Duncan, Archer Duncan, Jackson Duncan, Ava Duncan, Riley Patterson, and Bentley Ayers; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service celebrating Julia's life will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at Berry Highland West Funeral Home, with committal immediately following.
Julia’s legacy will live on in the family she loved so dearly and in the strength, warmth, and devotion she passed down to each generation.
