Katherine Ann Godfrey

Godfrey, Ann Foote –age 71, died Saturday, November 6, 2010. Preceded in death by parents, Dr. B. E. Foote and Estelle Lockhart Foote. Survived by husband of 49 and 2/3 years, Dr. Carl E. Godfrey; son, Ben Godfrey and daughter-in-law, Dr. Anne Achtert of Bad Saarow, Germany; grandchildren, Sabrina Godfrey and Oscar Godfrey; sister, Kay F. Martin and husband Earl L. Martin, Jr.; brother-in-law, Kenneth F. Godfrey and his wife Oneida; several nieces and nephews. Special friends and caregivers: Kim Huskey, Karen Owenby, Ganna Kidd, Kathy Fields, Dana Reynolds; Cyndy and Mike Tramel. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm, Monday, November 8th in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm, Pastor Keith Bailey officiating. Family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery Tuesday, November 9th at 1:00 pm for interment.
