Jeffries, Kathryn H., born August 2, 1927, passed away at her home on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at age 85. She was a member of Meridian Baptist Church and a retired bookkeeper. Kathryn was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Jeffries, Sr.; grandson, Scott Gordon; parents, Rev. James and Ella Donaldson Huling; five brothers, and six sisters. She is survived by her son, Charles “Bill” Jeffries and wife, Beth; daughters, Kathy Sue Jeffries; Cynthia “Cindy” Ervin and husband, Charles; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Daisy Lyndon; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery on Wednesday at 11:00 AM for graveside services, Rev. Dana Fachman officiating.
