Preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Wanda Troutt; great-grandchildren, Isabel Troutt, Dallas and Daniel Harrison; mother and father, Stella and Roy Troutt; brother, Roy Troutt, Jr.; and sisters, Patricia Ann and Bobbie Jean.
He leaves behind sons, Jimmy Troutt and David Troutt (Tina); grandchildren: Brandi Richardson, Allyn Troutt (Kim), Keigan Troutt (Margo), Talisha Troutt; great-grandchildren: Sammy Setter, Jacob Donahue, Michael Massingill, Jameson and Andrew Troutt.
Family will receive friends from 10:00 - 12:00 PM Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920. Family and friends will proceed to Eastview Memorial Gardens for a graveside service immediately following the visitation.
