To Kevin's family: I just read about Kevin's death. I am so sorry to hear this. We lived close to you on Gilbert Lane when Kevin was a little boy. He and Kenny played with my late son, Erik Henderson. Kevin was so cute. I know from experience how devastated all of you are and pray for God's comfort to each of you.

I met Kevin our freshman year in High School at Doyle High. He and I had several classes together. We became friends early on after meeting. Kevin was a kind person and had a smile for everyone. We lived about a block apart and spent time hanging out, sometimes at his house, sometimes at mine. Kevin and I both shared a love for music. I was fortunate to know Kevin. Recently this past summer our paths crossed again via a mutual friend. I got to spend close to an hour with Kevin at my house when he stopped by for a visit with our mutual friend. We both agreed before he left that it had been too long and that it was great seeing each other again after so many years. RIP Kevin and I will see you on the other side.
