Kurt graduated from Saint Charles High School in 1987. He also achieved a certificate degree in Electronics from ITT Technical Institute in Knoxville, TN. Kurt worked in electronics for 25+ years, he inspired many and met life long friends in his profession.
Kurt was an exceptional athlete growing up. He played just about every sport but the one that always held a special place in his heart was football. He was a passionate fan of the NFL and most importantly the Chicago Bears. He was also a fan of the Tennessee Volunteers and Tennessee Titans but no one could compete with his love for that team in 85’. There wasn’t a Sunday that went by that he wasn’t glued to the television when “Da Bears” were on. One of his favorite memories was going with his brother to watch the Tennessee Titans play in Nashville, TN.
Kurt was a loving and devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, he never met a stranger. He was full of life and laughter. He had an infectious personality that people gravitated towards. Kurt was so passionate about his family. His greatest accomplishment in life was raising his children and supporting them throughout their walk in life. He inspired many with his knowledge. He was a lot of people’s first call when something went wrong because of his cool, calm, and collected demeanor. Kurt will be deeply missed, while memories with him will be cherished forever.
