Having known Larry, was to have known his music and his laughter. Larry was a caring soul. I wish I knew the words that would make this time easier, but know they will not. Your family is in my prayers.

I met Larry when I would visit my son and daughter-in-law, Larry's neighbors (Eric & Tanya Appis). Larry was such a fun person to be around; I thoroughly enjoyed the times he came over to E & T's. His laughter was infectious! Eric & Tanya thought so highly of Larry, a father figure to them both. He will be sorely missed.

To the Reed family. We are very sorry for your loss. Larry was a good friend to many. He was truly one of a kind loved and respected by many. He faced his life with a positive attitude with everything it threw his way .His sense of humor was priceless. He will be remembered and missed a lot. God speed my friend.

To Larry's family,
May the good Lord bless you during this time. Larry was a unique individual who always had a smile. I had the opportunity to sing with him many years ago and will cherish the memories. Much love to his family.

"Larry Reid, A Man Of Heart"

To be a true man,
It's is about having the capacity to love,
A commitment and devotion to pure and unconditional love.

You know a true man by how he acts,
All the generous and humanitarian things he does.
Knowing he is always there to help,
Always there to listen,
Always there to emote a smile.
Inside, Larry was a true man,
Who's soul was filled with an abundance of love, joy, and care.

A real man will cry,
And he allowed himself to do that.
Larry's heart knew pain,
But greater, he knew a plenitude of happiness, love, gave love, and received love,
Shaping lasting impressions deep inside the lives and souls of many.

A true man allows himself to experience life,
And open his heart.
Opening one's heart is never wrong,
Larry taught that not only to myself,
But to his children, and a myriad of others as well.

A true man is a listener and a teacher,
Larry had a vast capacity and awareness to do both.

Within his caring embrace,
A person could trust and confide in him,
Contentment and comfort could be found,
If only a person took the time to know Larry's depth and breadth.

Few ponder or know the true measure of a man,
Yet, many knew the true measure of This Good Man.

May God keep Larry in peace and serenity,
As he journeys onward to eternal sacred travels.
May God bring peace and comfort to Larry's Family,
Now, and to eternity.

Larry was a True Man, A Man of Heart.
