Lauren Taylor Austin

August 26, 1992September 10, 2018

Our beautiful princess Taylor passed away unexpectedly Monday morning at her home.

Taylor had a sweet and kind spirit. Always willing to help, and always there when her family or friends needed her. Artistic and creative, she will be missed every day by her Mom and Dad and brother Andy. Taylor was blessed to be surrounded by a large family and had grandparents, aunts and uncles that were always present, as well as several cousins.

We will live each day the best we can, remember her smile and look forward to when we see her beautiful face again.

Survived by parents, Lee and Jenny Austin; little brother, Andy Austin; grandparents, Jerry and Ernestine Austin and Dorothy and Jack P. Crabtree; aunts, Jackie Harper, Gina Coffey, Julia Carver, Charity Griffin; uncles, David Carver, Jeff Coffey; several cousins and special friends.

A Gathering of Friends will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919. There will be a Graveside Service in the Mausoleum Chapel of Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 3:00 pm. Pastor Bruce Galyon will officiate the service.

You're gone way too soon. I believe you touched so many lives and made a positive impression on each of them. You were so nice to me and I can't think of anything negative about you. When I think of my high school days, you're one of the people that come to mind. We were not close friends but I am close to those who were close to you and I see the love that so many people have for you and it makes me happy that I had a chance to know you. Rest easy sweet girl.

Taylor you were one of the most beautiful sweetest souls inside and out that I ever met. You always had a way of making my daughter feel more confident in her skills.I regret we didn't get to spend more time with you over the years but you will forever be in our hearts. My daughter and I will be lighting the candle we received as a gift from you, every night as it has always been our favorite. Our deepest sympathy to your beautiful family.

Taylor, I am so thankful God put you in my life. You were the sweetest friend and roommate and I miss you so much already. You were beautiful, intelligent and so creative. You’re the first person to ever make me enjoy coloring and crafting. I’ll always do those things in your honor. Thank you for always listening to me and for laughing with me. I know that you are finally at peace. Rest easy, sweet girl!
