Lewis you have always been my best friend! your great sense of humor and kindness to people will be missed.

I have fond memories of your dad from my childhood but my most powerful memory is of him sitting in the front pew of as an honorary pallbearer at my dad's funeral. They were lifelong friends and your dad stood by him during some difficult times. I will always remember him with much affection.

I admired the professionalism that Lewis exemplified as an attorney and the dedication to exercise which he displayed as a patient by attending our cardiac rehab. on a regular basis.
