Mrs. Lillian Porter

Porter, Lillian Ann DeBro McAlister, Age 76, departed this life on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. A member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church, retired from Robertshaw, worked as a Beautician for more than 30 years and a graduate of Austin High School in 1957. Preceded in death by husband, Ackron Parris (A.P.) Porter, daughters, Carolyn Ann Tate Summey and Ethel Porter , parents, Bessie Cowan DeBro Jones and Jessie Debro, Jr., siblings and other family members. She leaves to cherish her precious memories devoted children, Maggie Darlene Fulton, Sharon Porter, Alphonso (Mickey) McAlister, Jr. (Marian), and Ackron (Brother) Porter, Jr.; siblings, Sarah Underwood, Paulette (Robert) Newton, Edward (Carolyn) Jones, Abeberry DeBro, Robert (Kathy) DeBro, Hubert Latham, Yolanda (Victor) Rodgers, Linda (Elbert) Brown, Debra Henry, Jacqueline Mitchell, Warren Puckett, Endia Puckett, Robert Fisher, Sr., Jack (Elaine) Bolden and Larry Bolden; son-law, Wendell Summey; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive friend on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. with services to follow at Mount Calvary Baptist Church. Rev. Leroy Franklin, Officiating.
