Keister, Linda Sue Goodman Greene- age 61 of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 1, 2010. She was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church and also attended Old Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She worked for the Knox County Sheriff’s Department for 13 years. Preceded in death by husband, Bernard William Keister; mother, Virginia Morrell Goodman; father, Elmer Goodman; brother, Allen Bowman. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Michael Byrum, Rebecca and Van Queen, Cyndi and Kenny Crain, Misty and Jeff Kirkendall; son, Darrell Greene, Jr. and wife Sandra; 4 granddaughters; 9 grandsons; several nieces and nephews; brother and sister-in-law, Luther “Bud” Ray Goodman and Ruth and sister, Judy Mae Kyle. The family will receive friends, Friday, June 4th from 5:00-7:00 pm at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, June 5th at 11:00 am at Sevier Heights Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
