I played baseball with Lowell and batted against him numerous times. I can verify he was an excellent pitcher as I don't believe I ever got a hit against him, and normally struck out. But I also remember Lowell as being a truly good man and someone greatly respected and admired. I will miss him.

Lowell was a great uncle to me. He would talk race cars with me for hours and he was always fun to go to the lake with. So many good memories, I am very thankful to have had him in my life.
