Penny was a loving wife, devoted family member, and a caring friend to all who knew her. She spent many years working as a dedicated restaurant manager at The Original Louis'.
Above all, Penny cherished her role as a wife. She leaves behind her beloved husband, James Pate of 51 years, who will carry with him the memories of their life together and the love they shared.
Penny is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Money.
Penny is survived by her husband, James Pate; sisters, Opal Henson and Shirley Stamper; and special friends, Debra and Faye.
A memorial service will be held at East Tennessee State Veterans' Cemetery, 2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920, on Wednesday, September 16th at 2:00 PM.
