Martha Ann Egan

Martha was a longtime member of Zion United Methodist Church and lived a life centered on faith, love, and service to others. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, and the heart of her family. With a true servant's heart, Martha found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved. She was an amazing cook, especially known for her delicious cornbread, and was often considered the keeper of the family, bringing everyone together with her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love. She also enjoyed trips to Harrah's Casino and treasured the friendships she made throughout her life.

Martha was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Phillip Egan; her parents, George and Mildred Hutton; and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Sarena (Gary) Northern and Amy (Randy) Hancock; grandchildren, Sarah (Cody) Cable and Lucy (Zach) Znachko; great-grandchildren, Colton and Annalise; brother, Max Hutton; beloved cat Luna; as well as many special friends, nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will forever cherish her memory.

Martha's kindness, generous spirit, and unconditional love touched countless lives. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, family, and selfless devotion that will continue to inspire all who knew and loved her.

The family welcomes friends to a Visitation on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Berry Highland West, from 5pm-7pm. Family and friends will meet at Berry Highland West Cemetery on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 1pm for a Graveside Service.
