Martha J. Green Green Smith

Smith, Martha J. Green, age 82, of South Knoxville, passed away July 22, 2013 at her home. Martha was a longtime member of Southside Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, George Washington Green & Ollie Mae Jones Green; husband Isaac T. Smith, Jr.; sister, Jannette Smith, brother, Media “Bud” Green and other brothers and sisters who died in infancy. Survived by nephews & nieces, Ricky and wife Sandy Smith, Tony and wife Susie Green, Todd Green, and Patricia McCann; sister, Flo Green; son, Randall Smith and wife Becky; daughter, Jewel Fitts and Kaye and husband Don Hayhurst; grandchildren, Marti and Misty Smith, Eddie & Kevin Ensley, Jama Huskey and Brian Boling; several great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Joy Irvine; and special little pal, Pugsley. Funeral services will be 8:00pm Thursday, July 25, 2013 in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Parker officiating. Family and friends will meet at Highland South Cemetery, Friday, July 26, 2013 for a 10:00am graveside service.
