Mary Elizabeth Montgomery

Mary Elizabeth Montgomery, age 87 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 4, 2021. She was a life-long member of Ridgeview Baptist Church. Mary enjoyed working in the nursery with little children and going on church senior trips. Mary was preceded in death by parents, Luther and Grace Strange; husband, William B. Montgomery; son, Terry L. Montgomery; 6 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her loving grandsons, Joshua (Samantha) Montgomery and Jeremy (Holly) Montgomery; great-granddaughter, Cora Mae Montgomery; sister, Doris Shephard; daughter-in-law, Sherry Montgomery. Special niece, Virginia Broyles and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery Monday, August 9, 2021 for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service. Rev.
