MARY ELLEN PATE HUNT WRATHER age 74, died Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Adam’s Place in Murfreesboro. Ms. Wrather was the daughter of the late Charles Hubert and Alice Louise Barger Pate. Ms. Wrather is also preceded in death by her first husband, Carl L. Hunt who passed away in 1996 and her brother, John Pate. Ms. Wrather is survived by her husband Lytle Wrather; daughters, Gwen Cline and her husband, John of Hampton, VA and Kathy Scott and her husband, Ron of Murfreesboro; brother, Bill Pate of Knoxville; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Ms. Wrather was a registered Nurse at Adam’s Place in Murfreesboro and previously at NHC in Knoxville. The family will receive friends 11:00am until 1:00 pm Thursday at Weaver’s Chapel with the service to follow at 1:00 pm. The burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery.
