KNOWLES-ZIMMER, MELODY LYNN - age 53, of Knoxville, passed away June 11, 2014. Preceded in death by her father, William Winfred Knowles, Jr., M.D. Survived by mother, Reba Claiborne Knowles; Bill Zimmer; daughters, Layla and Josie Zimmer; and beloved dog, Remi; sisters, Sherry, Jenny, and Candy. Visitation will be held Monday, at Weaver Funeral Home from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m., with chapel service to follow at 6:00 p.m. Interment services will be private.
