Nick was a great man and he was the same at the end of his life as he was over thirty years ago when we all worked at Cracker Barrel together. He had a wicked sense of humor, an unbeatable work ethic and a love for his family that knew no end. I was blessed over the last few years to be able to be his and Kip's Thanksgiving day buddy ... they would take me with them for Thanksgiving dinner and make me feel like family too! Rest easy Nick, you are back home with with those you missed so much! And Kip ... God bless you for being the awesome man that you are. You are a treasure and I could not be more proud to be able to call you my dear friend. Love and prayers.

Nicky has always held a special place in my heart. He could make me laugh and smile at times that I really needed too. We both shared a great love for jazz music. I will miss you my friend. My deepest thoughts and prayers are with the family.
