Michael Shane Love

LOVE, MICHAEL SHANE - age 53 of Knoxville, TN. passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Mike was born April 3, 1960 in Knoxville, TN. to Harding and Lucille Love. He was a boat builder by trade and a part-time employee at the University of Tennessee where he was an usher for the football and basketball programs for 18 yrs. Mike also enjoyed Nascar and faithfully attended the Nascar races at Bristol Motor Speedway with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Harding Love. Mike is survived by his mother, Lucille (Collins) Love; wife, Joy (Harville) Love; daughters, Christy (Brad) Holt, and Ashley Love; brothers, Walter, Stan, and Bill Love; sister, Bonnie (Love) Howell; mother and father-in-law, Judy and Butch Hall; father and mother-in-law, Clell and Nan Harville. He was most proud of his grandchildren Celsey, Blake and Cenleigh Holt; and Landon Galyon. Visitation will be Friday December 20, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy. Knoxville, TN. 37920. Service will be on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
