Michael Paul Randolph, age 43, of Knoxville, TN, passed away of natural causes at home on October 7, 2026. He will be remembered for his quiet, kindhearted spirit. He loved all animals and was an avid golfer in his youth.
Michael attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Jewell Barlow and Wm. Don and Patricia Randolph.
Michael is survived by his parents, Paul and Missy Randolph; his sister, Elizabeth and Daniel Smith; and his four nieces, Reagan, Bella, Lenlee, and Dahlia.
The family will hold a private burial.
