Nancy Leona Buchanan Pratt age 91 passed away Thursday March 12, 2020 at Westmoreland Health and Rehab after a long illness. Leona was born July 1, 1928 in Knoxville, TN, She was a wonderful cook, faithful friend, loved the Lord, and she cherished the memory of her precious dog Abby. Leona retired from East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, and was a longtime member of Westside Baptist Church.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories her loving husband; Earl Pratt Jr., loving and dedicated sons; Danny (Judy) Buchanan, Jimmy (Pat) Buchanan step-daughters; Angela (Earl) Setzer, and Sherry (Chaz) Roberts granddaughter; Shelly Branam grandsons; Brian, Douglas, Jason, Nathan Buchanan step-grandsons; Allen and Tucker Setzer, Sean Hagan and Brendon Roberts great-grandchildren; Colton Buchanan, Tanner and Tori Branam. Lilith, and Gabrielle.

Leona was surrounded and cared for by a special group of caregivers including Ericka, Tosha, Peyton, Rachael, and her loving family.

Leona was loved deeply by her entire family and she will be forever missed.

Earl and Family sorry for your loss. Leona was our wonderful friend, she was like our second mother and said we were like family. She also treated us like family . We had lots of great times and good memories. she was a beautiful lady and a wonderful person. We loved her very much. We miss her .
