

Hancock, Nona Mae, age 78 of Knoxville, passed away peacefully December 24, 2014, with family and friends at her side. Mae was a member of East Avenue House of Prayer. Mae loved her family and friends. She was preceded in death by parents, Lee and Grace Dockery; children, Johnny, Bobby and Patsy Ford; brothers, Troy and Benny Dockery; and sisters, Shirley and Barbara Dockery. Survived by husband, Clarence Hancock; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Rebecca Ford, Charles and Pat Ford, James and Mary Jo Ford and Steve Ford; step-children, Clarence Hancock, Jr., Rita and Keith Huff and Louise Hancock; sister, Mary Williams; grandchildren, David, Sherrye, Connie, Misty, Eric, Michelle, Tiffany, Kalla, Gregory and Tabitha; numerous great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Sunday, December 28, 2014, from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Highway. Service will follow at 2:00pm with Rev. Jonathan Clabough officiating.
