Pat was a person I always admired when we were students at South High School. She was smart, could do everything, always smiling, and had something nice to say about everyone. I envied her in art class. The teacher always let her draw while three-fourths of the class had to just sit and watch (I was among this group!). In recent years we usually saw each other at WalMart but that's been quite a while ago and I've failed to keep in touch with her. Joe, I know you will miss her immensely. I have a void to fill just like that in my own life with Jack's passing away five weeks ago. Just lean on God to give you peace, comfort, and strength and He will provide. You're in my prayers.

Pat and I have been friends for many years. Pat was the sister I never had. I will continue to care for her plant (at church). I, among many others, miss her and will continue to miss her.
