

Paul Roberts of Knoxville, formerly of Powell, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 18, 2022. He was at home with his family who love him dearly. Paul was a member of the Berean Class at West Park Church. He served in the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne during the time of the Korean Conflict. After retiring from Knoxville Generator, he began a second career driving motor coaches for Wilson Tours and Landreth Bus Services. He loved meeting new people and seeing new places. Preceded in death by parents, brother and sisters. Survived by wife of 65 years, Katherine Roberts; daughters, Paula Roberts, Jennifer Wolbach and husband, Robert; granddaughter, Whittney Hurst and husband, Rob; great-granddaughter, Emma Hurst; fellow Wheel of Fortune enthusiast and sister-in-law, Bobbie Goodin. The family would like to thank Covenant Hospice caregivers, Tonya, Donna, Cynthia and Betty Jo for their care and compassion. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 pm Tuesday, March 22nd for a 1 pm interment at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens.
