

Pauline Eifler, age 78, of Knoxville, passed away on Wednesday, September 9th, 2015. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be missed by all. She was a lifetime member of Webb Chapel Methodist Church in McLeansboro, Illinois, but enjoyed her fellowship at First Baptist Concord Church in Farragut, Tennessee, and recently at Central Baptist Bearden. She graduated Valedictorian from McLeansboro High School and attended the Southern Illinois University. She was the epitome of everything a mother should be and spent her time serving others with her words, actions, and prayers. She was a heart-filled Christian who put everyone and everything above herself. She is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Lando Webb and Beulah Doris Webb, both of McLeansboro, Illinois, her older sister Geraldine "Jerry" Webb Allen of Evansville, Indiana, and her brother-in-law Bob Bonds. Pauline is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 53 years, Howard Louis Eifler of Knoxville, her daughter Tamara Pauline Boyer and son-in-law Maurice Layfette Boyer of Knoxville, her son John Michael Eifler and daughter-in-law Kimberly Kimball Eifler of Orlando, Florida, her granddaughter Taylor Alexandra Boyer of Knoxville, and her grandson Jacob Michael Eifler of Orlando. She is also survived by her oldest sister Cordelia Ruth Bonds of Knoxville, her younger brother Frank Wilburn Webb and her sister-in-law Patsy Marie Webb of Omaha, Illinois, her brother-in-law William Allen, and by nieces and nephews, Bruce Wayne Allen of Harrisburg, Illinois, Kimberly Hope Allen of Evansville, Indiana, Shanda Webb Ellis of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, and Melissa Webb Harris of Woodlawn, Illinois, and Patrick Webb of Omaha, Illinois. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 19th, 2015 at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
