Peggy Joe Dile

DILE, PEGGY ROACH - 73 of Kodak, born January 25, 1938, went home to be with the Lord on April 8, 2011. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by husband, Burl C. Dile; parents, Paul and Laura Roach; and great granddaughter, Lindsay Thomas. Survivors include daughters: Kathy (Vernon) Thomas of Straw Plains, Paulette (Mark) Denton of Kodak, and Janette (David) Stallings of Kodak; brothers, Alan (Nancy) Roach and Buddy (Deborah) Roach of Kodak; brother-in-law, Ronald Dile of Kodak; grandchildren: Stephen McGill, Joni (Brandon) Hunt, Megan (Joe) Sizemore, Jamie Jo (Josh) Phillips, and Mark Burl Denton; great grandchildren: Haley smith, Simon Sizemore, Talon Hunt, and Hunter Phillips; as well as several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank UT Hospice and friends, Phyllis Willis and Lona Galyon, for their kindness. In lieu of flowers, it was Mrs. Dile's request that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital . The family will receive friends from 5 - 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 9th at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Ronnie White and Rev.
