Beloved by her family and many dear friends, Phyllis was warm, loving, and brought her own special charm to every room. She lived in the light of our Lord, with a firecracker spirit that could bring a smile to any face.
A special thanks to the caring staff at Morning Pointe Assisted Living in Knoxville, who provided her with comfort and compassion this past year.
Phyllis was a member of Concord First Baptist Church in Farragut. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Geneva Brown, and her infant sister, Barbara Jean Brown. She is survived by many loving friends and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home, followed by a reception for family and friends. A graveside service will be held on December 6, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Green Hill Cemetery in Asheville, NC.
