Phyllis is predeceased by her parents, Dorothy French and Howard Osborne; two brothers, Steve Osborne and Randy Osborne and her sister, Christine Napier.
Phyllis is survived by her children: Leshia Mathes, Tracy Hensley, Doug Wood (Becky) and Donna Ott (Todd). She is also survived by her brother, Jerry French. She will be remembered fondly by her 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Berry Highland South Cemetery located at 9010 Simpson Road in Knoxville, Tennessee 37920. Officiating will be Pastor Tommy Bellamy.
