CANUP, RACHEL M. - age 85, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 22, 2011. Preceded in death by mother, Leona Sullivan Nobles father, Tullis Sullivan husband, John R. Canup son, Danny Canup. She is survived by sister, Ruby Valentine brother, Mitchell Sullivan daughter and son-in-law, Theresa L. and William Gaskins son and daughter-in-law, John W. Janice Canup, seven grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Weaver Funeral Home Monday from 5pm to 7pm with a 7 pm service to follow with Pastor Mark Braddom officiating. Family and friends will meet Tuesday 10:45am at Oak Ridge Memorial Park for an 11am interment.
