Dear Alma, Sally, Sandy & David

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I know that I have not had any contact with you guys in many years but I have always considered you guys like family. Ralph was one of my all time favorites in life. Alma I know that me, Ralph & David probably drove you crazy at times but those were some of the best times in my life. It's seems like yesterday that me, David and Ralph were sitting in the living room at the house on 114 Arrowwood Rd with not a care in the world laughing & cutting up. One of the best times I've ever had in my life was when Ralph took me, David and Sandy to Mexico Beach on vacation in the old Black Ford Thunderbird. Let's consider the stories of the Mexico Beach trip classified & confidential along with all the other great memories we shared with Ralph. I know that he will be greatly missed by everyone. Ralph was one of the best friends in life along with the rest of you guys.

Take care,

Mark Phillips

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ralph at South Central Bell and also at US West after we both had retired from Bell. He was a wonderful co-worker.

So sad to hear about uncle Ralph's death. I remember talking with himover the years when he would call my grandparents(jack and Vaughnita) seems he always had a funny story to share. Praying for you all.

When we moved to Oak Ridge the 1st time n 1963, we became neighbors to Ralph's family. Our Jon Mark, Debra DeeAnn and later, when Jo-David was born here, our children matched his n ages. I would so have liked 2 b w/the family tonight. The only time I have seen Alma was n a dr.'s office. Up 2 then I did not know where she was. Don is on an antibiotic and should not b around the family and is coughing and under a doctor's care. Please know we would have come had he been able. Love 2 the family. From many years ago, I remember Ralph was welcoming of giggling teenage girls into his home. He worked hard for his family and raised some really great kids. Thank you, Ralph, for being my best friend's dad. I know they'll miss you.
